Supporting our E-Commerce Team in day-to-day tasks and driving impactful projects:
- Order Management: Regulary check fulfillment status of E-Commerce orders and action errors
- Exception Handling: Work closely with our logistics partners to ensure effective issue resolution
- Collection Launches: Create and organize product collections to ensure a cohesive and attractive presentation
- Customer Experience: Assist in the implementation of merchandising strategies that reflect current trends and enhance the customer experience
Providing excellent Customer Service:
- Customer and Partner Interactions: Provide professional, friendly responses to customer (B2C) and partner (B2B) inquiries, representing our brand at its best.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate on enhancing our customer service tools and processes to ensure a seamless and top-notch experience for all.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze customer service data, deriving actionable insights to improve our performance and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Feedback Management: Conduct research and assess reviews across platforms, identifying areas for improvement in line with our commitment to excellence.
- Customer Service Guidelines: Continuously update and refine our guidelines, ensuring that our service remains at the highest standard.
