STORE ASSISTANT (M/W/D) KADEWE - MINIJOB (10h/WEEK)

Your challenge
  • Support with the daily coordination and management of our shop-in-shop at KaDeWe Berlin
  • Close collaboration with our Sales Team
  • Provide individual and personal customer advice, including reference to our online channel
  • Build and nurture customer relationships through exceptional in-store service
  • Support with merchandise management
  • Act as a reliable and trustworthy contact person for the entire team
Your core skills
  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is a must
  • You stay motivated and focused even when tasks change quickly
  • Strong organizational talent with a structured, analytical, and service-oriented working style
  • Friendly, confident, and professional appearance
  • High level of self-motivation, independence, and sense of responsibility – even in challenging situations
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Available ideally on Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays (in total for 10 hours/week)

Deine Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der täglichen Organisation und Koordination in unserem Shop-in-Shop im KaDeWe Berlin
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Sales Team
  • Individuelle und persönliche Beratung unserer Kund:innen – auch unter Einbezug unseres Online-Kanals
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen durch exzellenten Service im Shop
  • Unterstützung bei der Warenbewirtschaftung
  • Vertrauensvolle und zuverlässige Ansprechperson für das gesamte Team
Deine Fähigkeiten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse 
  • Flexibilität und Motivation bei wechselnden Aufgaben
  • Organisationstalent mit strukturierter, analytischer und serviceorientierter Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches, souveränes und professionelles Auftreten
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, Selbstständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein – auch in herausfordernden Situationen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Outlook und Excel
  • Verfügbarkeit idealerweise donnerstags, freitags und samstags (10h/Woche insgesamt)
